§6.2Identity by mass spectrometry
[M+2H]²⁺ at m/z ≈ 908.5; deconvoluted average mass 1815.1 ± 1 Da. Reduction of the disulfide gives +2 Da.[3]

Degradation routes

Every disulfide-containing peptide in this series requires a non-reducing versus reducing comparison to establish that the bridge is intact. The Institute has not encountered this test on a research-supply certificate for AOD-9604.
