Disclaimer
The limits of everything published here, stated plainly.
§1Not advice
A person considering any compound discussed here should consult a qualified clinician with access to their history. The Institute has no such access and offers no such consultation.
§2Research-use compounds
Compounds supplied for research use are not approved for human or veterinary use in any jurisdiction. They are not manufactured under a marketing authorisation, are not subject to the quality system that governs an authorised medicine, and are not covered by any pharmacovigilance obligation.
Every efficacy and safety estimate reproduced in this document set was obtained in a trial using material manufactured under a regulated quality system. None of it transfers to research-supply material without an assumption the Institute does not make.
§3Supplier assessments
The Institute performs no independent testing. A supplier dossier assesses the completeness and interpretability of documentation and nothing else. A high score is not a statement that any product is pure, correctly identified, correctly filled, sterile or safe. Absence of a supplier from the assessment set means the Institute has not looked, and is not a judgement of any kind.
§4Currency
A document is accurate as at its last-reviewed date and no further. Regulatory status changes, trials report, supplier practice changes, and analytical standards are superseded. Every document carries a next-review date and the registry flags documents past it.
§5Contact channels
The Institute conducts correspondence in writing through its secretariat only. It holds no telephone number, operates no messaging channel, and maintains no account on any messaging platform. Any communication purporting to come from the Institute through such a channel is not from the Institute.
