§1.3Primary endpoint
Percentage change in body weight from baseline to week 68 with intensive behavioural therapy in both arms
§1.4Principal result
Mean change −16.0 % with semaglutide 2.4 mg versus −5.7 % with placebo.[1]
The comparator arm received the same intensive behavioural therapy, which is the reason its placebo response exceeds that of STEP 1.
