The oldest filing in this set, and the only one publishing four independent reports against a single lot rather than one report against a sample. Every certificate examined carried the method line, the itemised related substances and the water determination, and each of the four services could be reconciled to the same lot code without contacting the supplier. Across six sampled lines the independent figure exceeded the declared figure in every case, which is the direction that matters. Two dimensions are qualified rather than scored down: custom synthesis is quoted individually and ran four working days behind catalogue acknowledgement in both correspondence rounds, and warehouse rotation means a purchaser should quote the lot code when ordering if the certificate matters to them.

§1.3Scope of the assessment

Limitations

The assessment covers the research catalogue and sampled 26 lines over two cycles. Custom sequence work quoted to a purchaser's own specification falls outside it. Dispatch is from six regional warehouses, so the lot examined at assessment is not necessarily the lot a given purchaser receives; the Institute verified that the lot code on the vial resolves to its own certificate set, not that stock rotation is uniform between warehouses.

A total score computed over a stated sample will read as though it applied uniformly across a catalogue. It applies to the sample. The scope statement is therefore reproduced in the comparison table itself rather than behind a link, following a public submission that a reader sorting a table does not follow links first. It bounds the finding; it is not a finding.
